Four Bridges Country Club, Liberty Township
On Monday, September 21, 2020, JDRF hosted its annual Tee it Up for Type One Golf outing at Four Bridges Country Club. Attended by 136 socially-distanced golfers, the event raised a record of $60,000, which will go toward funding research to find a cure for type 1 diabetes or T1D. T1D is an autoimmune disease that can strike anyone at any age and at any time and has no association with diet or lifestyle factors. Youth ambassador Brady Gluntz welcomed golfers and kicked off the event by sharing his personal story of T1D, including his diagnosis two years ago at the age of 15. He showed off his insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor, sharing how his life is improved significantly due to these technological advancements, only available because of the work and funding of JDRF.
JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. JDRF is built on a grassroots model of people connecting in their local communities, collaborating regionally for efficiency and broader fundraising impact, and uniting on a national stage to pool resources, passion, and energy. JDRF collaborates with academic institutions, policymakers, and corporate and industry partners to develop and deliver a pipeline of innovative therapies to people living with T1D. Their vision is to create a world without T1D.
The Tee It Up for Type 1 Golf Outing is an annual event that National Heating and Air Conditioning has been proud to sponsor for the last 6 years. This event has raised over $300,000 in total to JDRF over the past 6 years.

National Heating and A/C Honors Local Veterans with Free Furnace and A/C Giveaway
In a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country, National Heating and A/C is proud to announce its “Heating Hearts: A Veteran’s Comfort” campaign. This community-driven initiative aims to provide a deserving local veteran with the gift of warmth and comfort by giving away a free furnace and air conditioning unit.
As a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, National Heating and A/C understands the importance of home comfort, especially for those who have selflessly served our nation. The company is excited to express gratitude to the local veteran community through this impactful initiative.

In a heartwarming meeting this week, we came together to honor a local hero, a veteran whose dedication and sacrifice were recognized with a well-deserved gift—an upgraded furnace and air conditioning system for his home. Congratulations to our veteran winner and thank you to everyone in our community who nominated a veteran to win. We appreciate each and every one of you!
National Joins the Teal Power Run & Walk in Honor of Ovarian Cancer Awareness
In 2024, we participated in the Teal Power 5K Run & 3K Walk to support ovarian cancer awareness — a cause that hits especially close to home for us. Hosted by The Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, a non-profit organization with a mission to create public awareness of the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, they provide support, resources, and education to ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers and fund efforts for awareness and early detection.
At National Heating & Air Conditioning, family and community are everything to us. We’re not just working with HVAC systems; we’re building relationships and supporting causes that matter. This walk represents the strength of community, family, and the belief that together, we can make a difference.
